River Point and Psychiatric Solutions Announce New Business Office Director
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 14, 2010) – River Point Behavioral Health recently announced the addition of Theresa Brown as new Business Office Director. River Point, a Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (PSI) facility, is a fully licensed behavioral health hospital treating adolescents and adults.
In her new role, Brown will work under the immediate direction of Chief Financial Officer Cheryl Bullard. She will be responsible for planning and directing River Point’s business office functions, including patient registration, billing and accounts receivables.

Prior to joining River Point, Brown spent 14 years working in supervision and operations management in the health insurance industry. She managed and developed process improvement methods for claims adjudication, customer service, claims overpayment collections, and the data verification processes.
Brown earned her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
